Refund policy

At Crew Essentiels, your satisfaction is our priority.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at crewessentiels@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with the return address and next steps.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items: items that have been used or damaged after delivery, or returned after the 30-day window.

If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us at crewessentiels@outlook.com and we will arrange an exchange or full refund.
